In this seminar, we explore concepts and experiences in soil science and environmental policy. Luis Reyes Rojas will examine some ideas regarding the quantitative exploration of soils, including topics such as carbon storage, climate change, land use/land cover, and environmental policy. We will discuss how these advances in mapping and quantification are helpful for describing and monitoring soils in the future.
