Biography
Jess is a recent graduate of Western Washington University who earned a BSc in Biology with an emphasis in ecology as well as a minor in Sociology. Their previous research experiences include science education and berry pathology. Jess is happy to join WSU Mount Vernon NWREC as a research technologist for the Vegetable Horticulture team! They live in Bellingham with their black cat, Salem and enjoy cross stitch, video games, and hiking in their spare time.
