Join the Western Washington Fruit Research Foundation (WWFRF) at our annual Winter Field Day on Saturday, March 3, 2018! We’ll have a special emphasis on unusual fruit this year plus rootstock and scion wood sales, workshops on pruning and grafting, and Fruit Garden demonstrations on pruning. Pollinator Diversity Workshop

Learn about the diversity of pollinators and their contribution to pollination in the landscape. The workshop will include demonstrations of how to sample and perform basic identification of wild pollinators. Participants will also learn why pollinator and insect populations are declining and the organizers will provide resources that support preservation of pollinators through the creation of habitat around homes.
