**CANCELLED** Basic-Plus Cheese Making Short Course

The 2019 Basic-Plus Cheese Making Short Course has been cancelled due to a failure to reach registration minimums.

The Basic-Plus class will be held in Mount Vernon, WA February 5-7, 2019. This three day offering is intended for the beginning cheese maker who is serious about pursuing cheese making as a business activity at the farmstead or artisan level. Avid hobbyist and enthusiasts are welcome too! The event includes hands-on activities and a field trip to local cheese makers. This course is co-sponsored by Dairy Connection, Inc., Wesmar Chemical, Northwest Ag Business Center and Washington State Department of Agriculture, Gothberg Farms and Samish Bay Cheese.

Limited to 32 participants. Registration and additional information is available on the WSU Creamery website.
